MaxAir™ II 5"×4" Internal Valve
No moving parts in the flow path — superior flow rates and faster drops for petroleum applications.
The Civacon MaxAir™ II 5x4 Air Operated Emergency Valve is an optimal choice for petroleum applications. The MaxAir™ II series valves are uniquely engineered with no moving parts in the flow path for a superior flow rate. Civacon's 5x4 MaxAir™ II Emergency Valve is designed with an independent external exhaust, which isolates the valve exhaust from the rest of the system. This valve is compatible with diesel, biodiesel, gasoline, ethanol and methanol products. The Viton GFLT and Teflon encapsulated seals provide ultimate product compatibility. It features an integrated air inlet that allows the unit to close if it becomes sheared in the result of an accident. It incorporates a frangible shear groove per 49CFR178.345-5 tested per TTMA RP 84. A factory installed fusible plug that will melt at a temperature of 212° F (100° C) allowing the valve to deplete air pressure. Also included is a mechanical jack screw for manual operation in the event of air pressure loss. Operating Pressure Requirements: Minimum of 40 psi (4.83 bar) operating line pressure.

The OPW 1397E/1398E is a new simple handheld tester for tank trucks equipped with 5-wire overfill sensors. It gives users the possibility to do a quick diagnosis of the grounding and the overfill sensors directly from the socket. Two LEDs on the back of the plug provide instant status: a white LED for grounding status and a bi-colour LED for sensor permissive/non-permissive indication. The flash pattern indicates the number of compartments — making it fast and intuitive to use in the field.

API Bottom Loading Arm G32F, G33F
Flexible long-range bottom loading arms for tank trucks, railcars and ISOTAINERs — proven at major oil terminals worldwide.
OPW supported and unsupported boom type bottom loading arms are designed to provide flexible long range operation. A minimum of five swivel planes of rotation offer complete flexibility for loading or unloading of railcars and tank trucks or ISOTAINERs. These arms can be equipped with an API coupler, dry-disconnect coupler, threaded or flanged connection or any other customer-specified end fitting to make connections at the side, at the rear or underneath the vehicle. Intermediate and end swivel assembly can be orientated upwards or downwards for optimum ease of operation.
